Haus Rottensteiner
Plenty of sunshine and a panoramic view to dream about
We make good use of the numerous hours of sunshine on the Ritten plateau: For many years, we have relied on environmentally friendly solar energy, thus contributing to a pristine natural environment. Around our house, you'll find spacious outdoor areas that invite you to relax. On the sun terrace, you can enjoy the unobstructed panoramic view of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, while the lawn and garden are ideal places to unwind or read a good book. For our youngest guests, there's also a dedicated playground – a place to romp and play while their parents relax.

Healthy and Soothing
After a hike with views of the Dolomites or an exciting bike tour, a dose of warmth feels especially good. At Haus Rottensteiner, a Finnish Sauna and a Turkish Steam Bath have been available since 2012. For a fee of €8, you can enjoy relaxing hours daily until 10 pm and do something good for your skin, muscles, and immune system at the same time.
To ensure your sauna experience is perfectly prepared, we will preheat the saunas for you upon request. Simply let us know at breakfast when you would like to use the sauna – and the perfect temperature will be waiting for you for your moment of well-being.
Elvis
At Haus Rottensteiner
For the opening of the Elvis Presley Museum from Memphis, Tennessee (July 5 – September 1, 2013) as part of "Elvis Rocks the Ritten," we were delighted to welcome a special guest: Elvis impersonator "King of Hofing." We remain proud to this day that he honored our establishment with his presence.
